I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location close to Praia de Iracema and Beira Mar in Fortaleza. However, I found the rooms to be quite basic and not as clean as I would have liked. On the upside, the staff was very friendly, which added to the positive aspects of my stay. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but improvements are needed in the room cleanliness.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being close to both Praia de Iracema and the Beira Mar promenade. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite basic and faced a noisy street, which was a bit of a downside.
